

Hi, my name is Gary Macklin. I have learned from experience that engaging in consistent persistence is necessary to achieve goals. Persistence is the ability to keep doing an activity repeatedly no matter what is experienced occur or happen. If you persist you will experience successful results.
It does not matter if negative thoughts feelings emotions is experienced to quit .What is important is to continue persistently doing goal attainment activities. If you continue to persist you will experience successful results. Make persisting a habit.
Engaging in persistence in doing goal attainment activities is the way to develop discipline. Discipline is the doing of goal attainment activities regardless of feelings emotions thoughts experienced to not do it.
So many people decide what to do or not do based on the experiencing of feelings emotions. The problem with deciding what to do or not to do based on feelings emotions is that many of the feelings emotions people experience are pessimistic negative and irrational. Making choices decisions to act in accordance to negative pessimistic irrational thoughts feelings emotions will result in not achieving goals.
