Discipline is forcing making yourself do something repeatedly in accordance to a fix unvarying schedule. The challenge and difficulty to sticking to doing any activity on a fixed unvarying schedule is experiencing feelings emotions to not do it. Many outstanding athletes businessmen and entertainers achieved great accomplishments because of developing a high degree of discipline. You can also develop a high degree of discipline and achieve great accomplishments.

How do you develop a high degree of discipline? The answer is commitment. Be committed to following through to doing activities of achieving goals on a fix unvarying schedule. Make a promise to yourself that no matter what circumstances events occur or happen, you will not stray or break away from the routine schedule. No matter the negative thoughts feelings emotions you experience to quit don’t do it. To be a highly discipline person means doing what you have committed yourself to doing. Not making any excuses to quit. Sticking to doing the activities of achieving goals. Do not interrupt or stop doing the activities on the fixed reoccurring routine schedule.
